Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Custom or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at @saleinfo@karatkrafter.in, and we will guide you through the process. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Note: Shipping charges for returns or exchanges (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Interpretation and Definitions
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.
